Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We know you might have a few questions about our foam dart blasters and how we operate here at 3D Printing Down Under. No worries, mate! We've put together a list of frequently asked questions to help you find the answers you're looking for.

What is the shipping cost for my order?

Good news! We offer free shipping on all orders over $150 within Australia. For orders under $150, a flat rate shipping fee of $15 will be applied at checkout.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

We know you're eager to get your hands on your new foam dart launcher! Once your order is placed, it will be shipped out within 2-3 business days, depending on the customisation level. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, but generally, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

At this stage, we only ship our products within Australia. But keep an eye out, as we plan to expand our shipping options in the future.

Can I return my foam dart blaster if I change my mind?

We understand that sometimes plans change. For non-customised items, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is in its original, unused condition. Please note that the buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping costs.

What is your return policy for custom-made items?

As our custom-made foam dart blasters are tailored specifically to your preferences, we're unable to accept returns for these items. However, if there's a problem with your custom order, please contact us at hello@3dprintingdownunder.com.au, and we'll work with you to resolve any issues to your satisfaction. Our aim is to make sure you're a happy and satisfied customer.

Can I modify or cancel my order once it's been placed?

If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible at hello@3dprintingdownunder.com.au. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but please note that once an order has entered the production stage, we may not be able to make changes or cancellations.

Are your foam dart blasters compatible with other foam darts on the market?

Yes, our foam dart blasters are designed to be compatible with most standard foam darts available on the market. However, we recommend using our specially designed darts for optimal performance and durability.

How do I care for and maintain my foam dart blaster?

To ensure your foam dart blaster stays in top condition, we recommend storing it in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid exposing it to extreme temperatures or moisture, as this can affect the performance and lifespan of your blaster. For cleaning, use a soft, dry cloth to gently wipe the exterior, avoid using harsh chemicals, abrasives or leaving it in the sun.

Will you license my 3D printed products on your store so I can receive a commission?

We're always on the lookout for new 3D printed products to feature in our store. If you're keen to license your creations and receive a commission, shoot us an email at products@3dprintingdownunder.com.au, and we'll be in touch. Thanks for considering 3D Printing Down Under, where the foam dart fun is always fair dinkum!

Remember that modding your blaster, parts, or products should always be done under the watchful eye of an adult or with proper adult supervision. Safety first, cobber! Make sure you're wearing eye protection when you're in the thick of the action, and never point your blaster at anyone's face or peepers.

By snapping up our products, you're agreeing that 3D Printing Down Under won't be held responsible for any injuries or damage that might happen due to a bit of reckless behaviour or an unfortunate accident. Just so we're clear, we're not affiliated with Hasbro or Nerf in any way - we're proudly independent and committed to delivering top-quality, Aussie-made foam dart blasters.
